Sorry but I can't find an option for changing it.

it's called "edit", then you press "go advanced"

Normally you'd need an option such as Nero's "hybrid", which gives you a file panel and an audio panel. Without software support it's impossible. You might want to specify what burning program you use.

I'm using Nero 6.6.0.18.

@Waleska

Hi!

Is there some reason you're not able to select NERO's "Audio CD" mode?

Well, you can't put files on audio CDs. In nero it's called either Mixed Mode or Hybrid, depending on your version.

?

If, as stated by "Waleska", they're "Redbook" files, they are conventional audio CD files, to wit:The first CD format which defined the music CD that could be played in all standalone CD players was called CD Digital Audio, CD-DA or just CD-A. The specifications for the CD-A format were set out in the 1980 "red book" standard developed by Philips and Sony. The Red Book standard specifies the data format for digital audio and the technical specifications for devices and media.

I was assuming he wanted to add audio tracks to a cd with various other files in iso/joliet mode since he said "add audio tracks (redbook) to a regular file cd compilation". If it's just audio, then of course there's nothing so complicated needed at all.

Perhaps "Waleska" will be good enough to let us know exactly what he/she means ;>}

Well, what I want would be very much like a game cd: there are files and there are cd tracks that will play in your stereo.
