I'm trying to convert these video files I decrypted from an anime DVD with DVD Decrypter using AutoGK. What I can tell you about these video files is that their relatively short, so less than a minute long specifically. And these videos in their natural state sort-of-speak have a relatively thick black border around the text and action going on in the middle. When I convert these these raw .VOB files to .AVI while specifying to resize the video to 320x240 resolution, the final result I end up with is a 320x240 resolution video clip, but the contents are cropped somehow and the text and part of the images and cropped too. What can I do to fix this problem?

Enter the Hidden Options (Ctrl + F9) and set the autocrop threshold to 0. That will maintain a 320 x 240 video and include the black bars.
