ATI all in wonder can't select 640x480 XP

I recently install Windows XP and a the new driver of ATI card.

Now i can't select the resolution 640x480 in YUY2 format (avi capture)...

Do you know why????

640x480 is there but you have to go through hoops to select it. I am not running XP at the moment so I can't give exact instructions. It is somewhere in the "advanced settings" dialog that lists all available resolutions and refresh rates.
