nero 7 add video files problem

hi hoping for help........when i go to add video files to burn a movie to disc which i have done many times a box pops up about 3 inches by 2 inches which is a search box and has the words location ,filenmame ,file browser ,saved searches,open,cancelthe boxes heading at the top is just open.i have tried all combinatios of ways to get past this box can anyone help please...........kenny

Assuming this is a purchased version of NERO 7, if I were you, I'd uninstall it, reboot, and then reinstall it...

Well here goes my first post here.

My suggestion would have been the same as setarip_old but as that didn't work.

I know you have accomplished your burning before with Nero and the problem has only just occured and this won't help you sort it out, but have you considered using a different app for burning, something like Imageburn with Imagetool if you need to convert your VIDEO_TS to an Image they have proven very reliable.
Nero has always been very ify with DVD's especially Dual Layer.

Can you post a screenshot of the problem? Perhaps it's some other program causing it and not Nero.
