Options when DVD2AVI

I want to convert a DVD to an AVI-file.
I have a program that does just that but I am unsure of some options.

VideoCodec: I have 6 options. 3 different Intel options, one Microsoft, Cinepak by Radius and Indeo. Are there any big differences?

Audio: Use lame, Use ACM, Store to wav?

Resolution, what is normal?

Output frame rate, I guess I want PAL(25)

Deinterlace filter?
