5GB VOB to DVD

whats the quickest way to get from a 5GB (not split) IFO mode dvd decrypter rip to be playable on a standalone player?


make that 4GB (shrinking not the issue)

Re-rip the entire original DVD in "File mode" - and then use DVD Shrink or any of the many other DVD compression programs...

i have the unsplit vob so its easier to use in vdubmod.. but then after the original media was gone a friend wanted a copy to play on their dvd player

its a dvd of a friends 25th (who is now in newzealand)

If it's a DVD of a friends birthday, it is unencrypted. Copy the files in Windows Explorer.

no the problem is i decrypted it to compress it as a divx... now i dont have the original disc.. just the vob and ifo files...

dont bother replying anyways.. ive rung up my friend who is copying it and posting it over...
i just dont understand this whole culture around here of rule pointing... even before i broke any rules.. i admit i broke rule 12 just... but seriously i got pointed out as breaking rule 6, when this is just about the only legitimate usage of these tools/advice ive ever heard of. is it to much to ask just for some friendly help. i'm not going to return to these forums as this is the second time this has happened and i dont need this sort of arrogance against me.
