Hi, sorry if this question has been answered before.
I'm using xvid to compress AVIs captured on dscaler. Now the problem here is AVIs can only be played for about 5 seconds before any media player (WMP 10 and media player calssic) crashes. The error message is always about the "xvidcore.dll".
I've tried unistalling anything xvid related and reinstalling the newest xvid codec available. I've also unistalled ffdshow but that doesn't help.
I noticed that if I unistalled xvid, all AVIs work properly.
