i got that 15% into encoding video thats 90 mins long in CCE doing a avi to dvd encode, no idea what it means, so any info be great thanks

I would guess there is a little glitch in the video stream.

Are you using CCE 2.67? I have always found it to be prone to this if the video isn't 100% perfect, if you have CCE 2.5 give that a go, it will encode anything.
