Can you reproduce EnhanceMovie's Enhance Magic filter using Avisynth filter ?

Lately, I have been playing around with EnhanceMovie's Enhance Magic filter. It works very well for me especially for aging videos that were recorded in long play vhs tapes. I captured the video to avi, enhance it with EnhanceMovie's Enhance Magic filter, save the result to a another avi, then use FFT3DGPU, LimitedSharpenFaster and SeeSaw to denoise before feeding it to an mpeg encoder. The result have been very satifying but I wonder if there is any Avisynth filter out there that can do similar job as the Enhance Magic filter. So that I do not need to carry out the Enhance Magic step and just do it all in Avisyth filters.
