I bought a Lite-on DVD writer SHW-160P6S to copy my dvds. Every time that I try to use it to burn a dvd a message pops up saying there is not enough room to write to the disk even though the disk is new(tried many disks). What am I doing wrong. I use a dvd de-crypter and use dvd shrink but when it is time to burn the disk the message pops up. Even when not triing to burn a disk I can put a disk in and check the properties and it will say the disk is full.... Some help me.

Can you try it again, save the log file and post it?

Even when not triing to burn a disk I can put a disk in and check the properties and it will say the disk is full.... Some help me.The message is telling you that your HARD DRIVE doesn't have enough free space to process the DVD...

Exaxtly which program are you using when you get that message? What was the procedure you used before you got to the point that you were ready to burn?
What am I doing wrong. I use a dvd de-crypter and use dvd shrink but when it is time to burn the disk the message pops up.
Again, which program is giving you the message? Try setting DVD Shrink to output an ISO file and use DVD Decrypter to open and burn it.

Is that with a blank disk, or an original disk with a movie on it? If it's a blank disk, does it actually say it's full, or does it just show a pie chart that is solid blue indicating used space (which is normal)?

or maybe the size of the data is beyond 4.38gb and the dvd is single layer :)
