Need help with 123 Copy DVD

Hi I have 123 Copy DVD. I have had it already on my computer, and then it wouldn't come up so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it keeps searching for the dvd recorder where before it would pick up my cd burner and then I would go into options and change it to my dvd burner but now it doesn't find either of them. What could be going on?

It's a horrible and buggy program anyway - I would recommend instead that you try RipIt4Me (for creating the DVD files from the disk onto your computer) and DVD Shrink (for compressing the oversized files to fit a standard disk) instead. Both are freeware and will give far superior results over 123 Copy DVD, in some cases indistinguishable from the original.
