DGIndex Freezing Issue

This is what I do: HDTV Firewire Stream Capture > VideoReDo editing to remove commercials and fix errors > DGIndex to demux audio & create .d2v > AviSynth + CCE for DVD output.

It's always worked flawlessly until tonight. DGIndex keeps freezing at the exact same point in the .d2v creation. I am using v1.4.8 stable. What can I do / post to help resolve this?

Post a link to the stream so that I can download it and duplicate the issue. Cut it down to an area around the problem.
