AC3filter seems to be giving me trouble. Some of my encodes with 5.1 audio seem to have incorrect channel mapping, with the left and center channels flipped. I have to reset the matrix manually for all of these and then put it back on auto for other encodes. Ideas on why this happens and how to fix this?
