View Full Version : Anyone know what util needed for wma>wav?

Mates downloaded a whole album in wma and I've tried a few of my proggies without success....
Tried;
Cooledit2000
Wavelab
Musicmatch
Realjukebox

I can play the file in windows media player and record on my windows sound recorder - but that only helps me and seems a little disjoint.

I just found wma2wav - is that the go? Anything better/comments?
I think it just renames the header and the file doesnt play in winamp, so Im thinking he will still have probs for burning using CDCreator.

... i seem to remember Nic has written such a program called WMA2WAV, but i dont know his website for the moment. Have an old version lying on my HD, will attach it here if you tel me to ...

Try sending him a private message or go visit him at hydrogenaudio.org , he is mod of the AAC forums there ...
