Hi all, in particular Setarip_Old.

I thought I would give my DVD95 Copy a test run today (with dismal results).

I put my movie into my Pioneer ROM drive and a blank TDK 4.7 into my LG burner drive, opened the program, checked the options and pathed to a Temp folder required on the HD by the program, and hit start.

It started for about a half second and then up came an error message "unable to open C:\ Temp folder".

When I opened up the root directory, in that temp folder were a couple of files and that's it.

I tried to path it to another folder, also a temp folder. Same error message. I even tried a temp folder on my slave drive. Same results

I inserted another movie into the ROM drive and tried it with that.

Same error message.

I then loaded up DVD Decrypter and it worked like a beauty.

So what is wrong, what am I doing that keeps creating the error message? :(

Regards

I tried to path it to another folderAre you doing this by (as you should) clicking on the blue button to the right of the "Temp. folder" window, or by trying to type in a location?

Try creating a folder (without the quotation marks) named "Movie" - and then select it by clicking on the blue button and navigating to it...

Hi there.

Yep. I am doing exactly as you directed, clicking on the blue button and navigating to the movie (folder without commers) but still the same error message. Strange aye?

I double checked it again, following your instructions from scratch just in case I missed something. Exactly the same error!

1) Email the author - he's extremely responsive and helpful ;>}

2) Are you running low on harddrive space?

Hi there.

I still have 50 Gig to go before I am full.

I think I will do an uninstall then re-install first before I contact the author.

Thanks for your help.
