What movie, what region?

Some advises:
- Without mod to approve your picture it can take some time before it can be view-able, better upload your pic see: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=96362

Interesting that The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift is not yet out on DVD, at least in the US.

In any case yours is a common problem, easily solved using Search or reading a few other posts with the same error.

Try using the very easy to use (freeware) "RipIt4Me" package instead. You can download it from:

www.ripit4me.org

While you're at that site, make certain to read the excellent "how to" tutorial...

thx for the advise of the rule I didn't know, but I thought that I was in the wrong forum, but I tried to deleted the other one but was closed, well CWR03 said that is a common problem but how I search with what description of error, I'll try what setarip said so I'll let u know if work so we can help another people with the same problem
