I'm a GKnot newbie. I've used FlaskMpeg quite a few times though. I used GKnot for the first time yesterday and I made a beautiful 1.3GB avi from a DVD. It plays well and has no audio problems whatsoever. I want to split it into 2 files. The guide on Doom9 mentions using Nandub but I can't figure out how to do that. I usually used Virtual dub but for some reason when I use it after GKnot the resulting videos stutter and the audio is out of synch. Any suggestions? Thanks

Jason

if you can do it in vdub you can do it in nandub as well. it works exactly the same way. the only difference is that nandub can handle vbr-mp3 and ac3.

Exactly, TheWEF, I'm sure jhenwood is using one of those formats that VirtualDub supports only on the special patched versions, so, jhenwood, use Nandub (the one provided in the GKnot package fully works), and you'll have your problem solved.
