A number of times when trying to extract subs from VOB files using Vobsub configure, I get the error "cannot index file". I can see that there are subtitles in the file but not sure why I can't extract them.

Any help would be appreciated.

IFO and VOB have the same filenames? That is VTS_07_PGC_01_0.IFO and VTS_07_PGC_01_1.VOB?
