Black bar at bottom of letterbox....hummmm.

a few of the disks i've made with ifoedit seem to have a thin black bar at the very bottom of the movie itself.
right where the movie makes contact with the bottom letterbox mask.
seems like the letterbox mask is overlapping onto the picture.

any ideas?
