Hello, friends!
I'm not an expert in making VCD and need your advice: I've got a DVD movie in NTSC standard and want to get VCD in PAL using TMPGEnc. Will my movie play properly in standalone VCD/DVD player (I mean TMPGEnc will realy change color from NTSC to PAL, or only change resolution and fps)?
And another question: should I use progressive or interlace structure to watch movies properly in VCD/DVD players?
