i was trying to encode a theora+vorbis stream via directshow.

i've found the illiminable codecs, but i have some problems:

1. video encoding [directshow/theora encode f.] seems rather primitive
2. audio encoding [directshow/vorbis encode f.] doesn't show any option

so i switched to ffdshow (k-lite codec pack 1.58; theora encoding), but i got some problems:

1. if i choose output to external ogg/ogm it doesn't encode (get stuck at start)
2. if i choose output to avi, avi muxer fits ok, but ogg mux doesn't!

what is the correct way to encode a stream into theora+vorbis via directshow? i'd also like to use ffdshow as video encoder, b/c it has two-pass encoding, which neither illiminable nor ffmpeg2theora has.

thanks!
