The source is TS in MPEG2 format, with A/V sync. But I got WRONG DELAY time when exracted them with DGINDEX. And it seemed that the DELAY times of each segment were different. Is there anything I can do to make a correct HDRip? BTW, the audio is in AC3 format. Summon tatsujins to help me out, hehe!!

I'm not exactly sure what you're doing but I process alot of ts mpeg2 files and the first thing is to join them to create one file - use something like tssplitter. Play the TS file to check the audio is in sync - I've not known a situation where the original isn't. I then use AGK to reduce the file size by changing to XVID - that usually picks up the delay correctly, but if the sync is out, or the audio stream is damaged, use besliced to correct it (there will be a demuxed ac3 stream in the sub-directory agk) and then use avimux to add the new audio and strip out the old one.

@ 序列人: If your TS-file contains a MPEG2-encoded video-stream then ProjectX is able to properly extract a program-stream or demuxed stream with video and audio synchronized. If instead your HDTV-video-stream actually is AVC/H.264-encoded inside an MPEG2-packet-stream then it gets more complicated to demux the streams and to find the correct time offset values of both streams. The Elecard Stream Eye Tools can be used for that purpose and also to figure out what kind of elementary video-stream is included in your TS-file.

why do I get the quite short ac3 file after using the projectX to de-mux the source TS file, I guess that the ProjectX just fix the broken ac3 file and save as another one, but not the whole ac3 file I want.So is there any possible to get the whole and fixed ac3 file? Do I set some wrong with my settings? Thx, if you guys can help me!

You can use DVBstreamexplorer from www.dvbstreamexplorer.dk and use the "TS-file"-driver and set your file in the "Tuning"-section as input. If you then do a "transponder scanning" it shows you the streams available within the ts-file in the "PMT-section" found. Using the PIDs found you can use the "plugins" - "streaming to disk" - "Save AV-ES-streams to demux the video and audio streams.
