Hi!
Are there any codecs out there (open source or commercial), that support Scalable Video Coding? (and particularly Fine Grained Scalability)
As i googled, the only reference implementation i found was the ms mpeg 4 codec v2.5 (which btw. had to be manually "updated" to compile on vs 2005).
It supports fgs, but it's rather old, and inconvenient to use, and the code itself is a mess...
(MoMuSys was another ref. implementation -if i recall correctly- but it seems it's not freely downloadable anymore)
