Using the new segment editor with OPV

I'm using V1.10.5 and I've just run the prepare phase using CCE OPV. I wanted to reduce the bitrate of the end credits using the segment editor, but I'm not sure if this will affect the pre-determined Q-value from the OPV analysis. Should I anticipate problems doing this with OPV, or will it adjust accordingly?

The segment editor (new or old) cannot be used effectively with OPV. There is no way short of reaccomplishing the entire prediction to come up with numbers -- and even then it would be very difficult to take any blanking decisions etc. into account.
