DVD Rebuilder Error

This problem is most definitaly with CCE SP 2.70.2.0 but DVD Rebuilder found the error so here I go any way. Last night I started to encode Stalingrad and it finished this afternoon with no errors what so ever. Unfortunatly my sister restarted the computer before I could finish the rebuilding process (please note the rebuild button had not been clicked yet). After supper I started to prepare The Firm to be encoded. Like always I had set the size of the DVD with the segment editor to 4.36GB. I clicked encode and recieved a bunch of errors pertaining to CCE/the encoder. In bold in the log below:

After this had happened I was quite angry and in a rage considering I had just donated to recieve the pro version of DVD Rebuilder. I uninstalled Avi Synth 2.5.6 and DVD Rebuilder Pro countless times but still with no luch. As I started to think about it later on throughout the night I figured I'd try and just open CCE but only to notice the program wouldn't even start. First off if I hear anything about system instability I will kill somebody seeing as how nothing was changed. And now my first question is how come when my sister restarted the computer everything wouldn't work afterwards? And before anyone asks no setting were touched by anyone. My second question is why CCE will not open? Thank you for any help and comments as always and sorry for any anger I'm just venting.

One of two things, maybe. Is it possible that CCE is already running, but due to some glitch it isn't displaying? If so it would show that symptom because CCE won't allow more than one instance to load. If this is the case you should be able to see it in the task manager. The second alternative might be that the CCE executable got corrupted somehow in the reboot. Have you tried reinstalling CCE?

System instability would only be the case if CCE actually started, but died somewhere during the encode process.
