Hi
I'm having a strange problem when encoding Grey's Anatomy season 1 disc 1. One of the segments just isn't possible to encode, CCE just closes without any errors. I've tried with both CCE 2.70 Trial and 2.70 retail. Same thing happens with both of them. Also tried to prepare the dvd several times to different locations in DVD-Rebuilder, all with the same result.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Try opening the AVS file for that segment (the one that is failing) using Windows Media Player. That way you can at least tell if the problem is in CCE or AVISYNTH. Also, what version of DVD-RB and AVISYNTH are you using? There is a known problem similar to this in early versions of AVISYNTH.
[edit] Correction: It was an earlier version of DGDECODE that showed that issue.

Media Player Classic seems to play the .avs just fine. I'm using Rebuilder v1.10.5 and Avisynth v2.5.5.0. Could it have something to do with the DGDecode version I'm using? I'm currently testing version 1.1.1 by Nan.
Thanks again, and thanks for this awesome piece of software

Yes, almost definitely. I've gone back through my notes and I was mistaken. It wasn't an AVISYNTH issue I'd remembered, it was the DGDECODE version. If you switch to v1.4.5 I'm pretty sure the issue will go away. I now recall that this was a driver for my decision to modify DVD-RB for v1.4.5.

And you were totally right :)
Switched to DGDecode 1.4.5 and the problem was gone. Excellent. Thanks again!
