DGindex corrected field order

I have being using DGindex for quite awhile now and have come across a problem, when creating my D2V and WAV files i get one D2V.BAD and one corrected.
Now am creating a PMP file from the D2V file and converting at 24FPS, and using BEHAPPY to convert the WAV to LAME MP3 also at 24FPS but when muxing the two finished files together the audio is out of sync about 2 seconds.
I have never had this problem before and could do with abit of help.

Providing more information will help, such as:

1) What's your source (i.e. DVD, Transport Stream, etc)
2) Is the audio a constant 2 seconds out of sync or does it slowly become 2 seconds out of sync.
3) If you mux to another format such as AVI (using AVIMuxGUI or similar) or Matroska are the same sync issues present?

etc, etc.

Its DVD, a single VOB file to be precise.
It is a constant 2 seconds ahead.
Doesnt matter what muxer i use, its still the same.
The movie is Scary Movie 4, its been the only movie i,ve had problems with.
