windows media player plug-in problem

Ok... i installed Windows Media Player 11 a while back and ever since i cannot stream video's online. This is the error i get

Windows Media Player Plug-in Dynamic Link Library

The plug-in performed an illegal operation. You are strongly advised to restart firefox.

(I also included a picture of the error)

I tried rolling back to WMP 10, but still the same error... do i need to install a new plug-in? any help is much appreciated

Ok... I have read around with this error, and all i can find is that it my be the a script problem. The name has escaped me at the moment... but i enabled it, and also i looked and found mxdrm.ocx, as suggested by someone else, and got the file again, replaced it, and the error is still happening with Windows embedded stream files! any help is much appreciated
