DVD Rebuilder question

Though my problem is not a big one and were talking about minisquel MB's I am just wondering why when I set the overall DVD size to 4.36 GB in the segment editor the output size is 4.35 GB. Like I said not a big just wondering why this has just started happening. Please note I set the DVD to 4.36 GB because when I do so it is always just under the size of the DVD.

By their nature encoders are not entirely accurate. So even though the bitrates specified would bring you to exactly 4.36GB... the combined decodes deviated on the low side by (.0034) -- that's pretty close. It could just as probably deviated on the high side by the same amount.
