Combine two VCDs into one DVD with menus

I have a movie (2hr) spans between two VCDs with menu support. I would like to combine these VCDs and write it onto a DVD. The end product should have the entire movie, menu and chapters (if any) on a single DVD.

I cannot use DVD Shrink because it lets you merge two DVDs. Does not allow you to merge two VCDs into one DVD.
I tried using Nero Vision to import the VCDs to burn as a DVD but it takes approx. 3 - 3 1/2 hrs to process this operation.

Just wondering if there is a better way to combine the VCDs into a DVD.

Hi!

Why go through all that trouble? It would be far simpler, and would result in a FAR higher quality product, to just rip a backup copy of the original DVD from which you made the two VCDs...

isn't that true; but don't think he created those vcds, i assume he'd purchased it, cause not alot of people have the knowledge/ability to created a vcd w/ menu & chapter
