when using Job Control Vdub cant load SYLIA.DLL

I used the VirtualDub job control before and it worked, havent changed anything since the last time I used the Job Control successfully, but now I somehow get this error:
Cannot load Sylia scrypting language (SYLIA.DLL)
The specified module cannot be found.

as I said: I havent changed anything. Sylia.dll is in the same folder as VirtualDub.exe and if I dont use the job control, it just works. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I reinstalled XP and everything worked fine until my #2 rip !!! VDub 1.4.9 cannot open sylia script ! But VDub 1.4.7 can do it ! This is amazing, is that a bug ???

for me, it affects Virtualdub 1.3c to 1.4.10 and Nandub.
My W2K setup is ok...but my XP and Win98SE just won't do it anymore.

(I might ask for a partial copy of your registry to analyze with one that's "infected")
