Make a simple DVD compilation

Dear Forum,

Can someone help me :

I'm looking for a simple tool which can do this :

Drag and drop some series of ripped VOBs from some DVDs (mostly episodic DVD, TV Series)
(all DVD are ripped by DVD-Decrypter which some chapters selection).

The result is a simple DVD compilation with no menu.

PS. the audio track and video is the same.

Ok, thanks to DVD Shrink (re-author mode) even I have to rip all the vobs, but finally I can make it works. :)
