How do I set a forced play in DVDMaestro?

How do I set a forced play when authoring in DVDMaestro, ie so that the intro can't be skipped. And what is "line 21" and its purpose?

disable menu calls, skipping and fast-forwarding. in the movie properties (right-click it in the tree view thingy).
