Dvd shrink gives me this error

this is the errow that i get. it was a rented dvd and had dvdfab to rip it and its the latest version from the site. ripped it fine just dvd shrink cant recompile it or what ever it does. is there another program that can just open the files and shrink them down? i can not get another set of files if there is nothing i can do just tell me and i'll just delete it.
