I'm looking for free, streaming video software that fall under the following criteria, and can:
1. take a list of multiple sources, offline or live, and roll over each source when one ends or becomes unavailable
2. select a source immediately during broadcast
3. buffer offline sources so as to not waste CPU when broadcasting
4. automatically resample audio/resize video when needed
5. select a number of video/audio compression options, with advanced capabilities if possible
6. either broadcast on a port or push to a server
7. take multiple video formats, including AviSynth scripts, and can choose output in one of many video streams
8. do realtime bob (deinterlace) and perhaps give out 60 fps streams?
Windows Media Encoder covers most of these things but has some problems that have come up like having issues with 48 KHz audio and not being able to buffer offline sources. I'd like to see if there are any other programs out there that might be able to do better.
