I have over 400 short clips that I need to encode. I am playing the clips out from Final Cut Pro into Sonic SD-2000Encoder (as a Wild Encode). I am hoping to find some way to encode a long string of the clips, then truncate the encode files into a bunch of smaller .mpv and .ac3 files for each individual clip. Anyway this is possible? It would be a lot easier than doing each Wild Encode individually. By the way, I will be delivering the .mpv and .ac3 files to the client, not a final DVD, so I can't just truncate the clips in authoring software.
