Hello, my problem is with a couple of DVD's but I'll only focus on one. My problem is with Batman Begins Disc 2. Whenever its encoding in DVD Rebuilder it stops and it gives me this error (not in the log a windows one) Run Time Error '75' Path/File Access Error. This has also happened with Speed Disc 2. I am curious if it is because of the amount of stills. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. The queston is obviously how do i fix this.

It means that either one of your paths is set to an illegal location or that you are running out of space. Check your REBUILDER.INI and make sure all the entries in the "[Paths]" area are legal.
What version of DVD-RB are you using?

I'm using the latest version, v1.10.3. I'm checking that stuff you said but can't seem to find the path entries in the rebuilder.ini. Mind you I am not totally familar with the ini files to begin with but using notepad I tried searching for "[Paths]" using Ctrl+f but had no luck. I'm also wondering if I should can just resume from the last succesful encode. The thing that worries me about resuming is the last time I did that my DVD was undersized. I'm also gonna post my log and ini file to see if that would help figure out the problem better(please note its zipped). Please note before reading the log file there are a lot of no .m2v errors. I know people love to plaster this error by telling the person the have system instability but this only ever usually happens on TV Show DVD's and Bonus Features discs.

That's the REBUILDER.INF file... you need to look in REBUILDER.INI. It is located in the directory where DVD Rebuilder was installed. The default location is "C:\Program Files\DVD-RB PRO" -- but can be changed during installation.
Something is wrong on your system. It may be the copy of CCE you are running is flakey or your system itself isn't stable -- but when you get that many "failed to create M2V" errors that correct themselves on another attempt it is a sure sign of system instability. One other possibility is if you are accidentally hitting a key during the encode while CCE is displayed and CCE thinks you selected the "Cancel" button.
Also, do you have plenty of space left on your hard drive? It's exceptionally unusual that you'd get that error after that many successful encodes. Are you reading from the DVD directly using AnyDVD or have you ripped it to your hard drive first?
