Best Matrix for 1.0-1.4 Mbps Extras and HalfD1/Halfsize option???

Hi All,

I'm looking for a suggestion about the best matrix to use for very low bitrate extras (1.0 - 1.4 Mbps).

Of course with the HalfD1/HalfSize option enabled.

A Matrix that works well for me at (1.0 - 1.4 Mbps) with HalfD1/HalfSize is QLB. The standard mpeg2 Matrix works ok from 1.5 - 2.0

For a low bitrate Matrix, you may want to try Bach1 Matrix by DDogg or Jawor's 1CD Matrix.
