Not sure what you are referring to, Doom9, but I would also love to see an RSS feed for the news. This is one of the two sites I read frequently that doesn't have an RSS feed.

There's nothing dyamic about RSS, it's just an xml encapsulation of other text. Generating it can be dynamic, or it can be manually updated, or done the same way news is already posted - one dynamic script updates the news and the rss and pushes them to the other servers. (Or the other servers pull on a timer, I have no idea how the mirroring is set up.)

Unless our man here is actually editing the html by hand, then it can take a little longer to get the rss going. :p

Since a third party already scrapes the news, it doesn't matter though.

I have no idea, thats just what doom said about a year ago in the last rss thread I saw
but I"d figure the other servers would pull, more secure of a system
