Microsoft's recommandation is some planar format (I'll never remember for long wich one).
But could there really be some issues when using RGB32?

Please elaborate on your question. It is not clear what you are asking for.
Also, please modify your thread title to be more complete.

If I use RGB32 colorspace to encode videos, can it causes issues on some machines, ... ?
For what reason could I reconsider using RGB32 colorspace? (RAM usage?)

You can't use RGB32, unless you're making lossless video. Every other colorspace will be transformed into some planar YUV at the final encoding stage or during filtering, usually YV12. This goes for nearly every video codec of the last 15 years.

foxyshadis speaks the truth.
MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (DVD's format), DivX, XviD, Windows Media Video... they all use YV12 as their colorspace for compression. If you give those codecs an RGB clip, it'll convert it to YV12.
To my knowledge, RGB32 is only useful for image manipulation, such as digital grading. Some of the filters in AVISynth require RGB32, but there's not many of them that are like that...
