Matrix settings vs Analysis

I am trying to get a good copy of LOTR 3 using DVD rebuilder. What I would like to know is, after the prepare phase, it tells me that the Max bitrate is 3.9K, Average is 2.9K and low is 2k. Given these bitrate estimates, what Matrix's should I be choosing for Main Movie, Low bitrate and very low bitrate settings in the Options tab?

In general, based on the Prepare phase bitrate estimates (Max, Avg, Min) which matrix should be chosen for any given Movie?

Download the DVD Rebuilder Matrix Editor which is for use with DVD Rebuilder Pro.
Within it are several Matrices that are indicated for use at various bitrate levels.
Other than that, perform a seach for 'Matrix' as there are many threads available on this and other Matrix questions.
