In dvd2svcd or every other all in one program i have, when i use cbr to encode an xvid to dvd, the output filesize is right on target. when i use any multipass to encode the same xvid, the output filesize is about half or 2 gigs. I looked at all the forums and i cannot find a similar post. Any help?
