Hi,
someone told me that the divx codec 3.11 is built into the fair use programm.
no matter which version of the divx codec is installed on the actual machine.
are is these two things than ture or just rumors than?
second that the following versions of the fair use won't be 4 free anymore even if they will have newer versions of the codec built in.
