DVD-like DivXing

Hey
Just a question.. I know how to DVD Rip & encode to DivX fine.. But I would like to be able to make the same menus that DVDs have onto my CDs where my DivX's will go.. So basically I have a DVD like DivX cd with Menus, Chapters, etc... Any ideas?
Also -- I'd like to learn about making mini-dvd's -- any guides, tutorials, faqs, etc.. u recommend reading?? So i can basically make a replica of a DVD on a CD (not quality replica -- menu, chapter selection, etc.. replica)

Micro DVD player is the most complete player to do DVD like Divx.

You can also try PowerDivx NextGen.
