How to split ogg audio into pieces?

Hi. I record long radio broadcasts, and then cut needed parts with Ogg vorbis cutter. But there's a bug in vobris cutter, appearantely, as it refuses to cut further after 9hr8min mark .
I've searched the forum but didn't find anything relevant.
So does anybody know any other method of splitting large ogg into pieces?

U can use Total Recorder.

there is a tool called "oggsplit". also i assume you can use any "visual" audio editor that handles ogg vorbis
