The new non-official releases of DVD2AVI (those with MP3 output support) detects progressive film streams as 24.000 fps. The same DVDs with the original 1.76 are detected as 23.976 fps. In both cases with Forced Film on.
If I encode a project as 24.000 fps, it leads to asynch audio and subtitles. However, if I edit the .d2v file and enter 23.976, everything is fine.
I'm still using 1.76 though, as I don't need any of the new features. But I thought I'd just let you know.
BTW, and I know I'm not the first to say this, I think that all the non-official versions should not follow the original DVD2AVI's version number.
