Oh brother...
It is amazing how blasé some people are about warez. The sense of entitlement these people feel is unbelievable.

Hmm, well it did seem like he didn't actually realise that his copy was necessarily warez, and he did ask where he could aquire the official version. It's down to his own stupidity of course, but even so it might have made sense to explain matters to him as techreactor tried to rather than resorting to locking and banning immediately and therefore losing a potential customer.

@Malphas
He need only look at the link in my signature or the stickies. IMO, he didn't deserve the benefit of the doubt - the guy was just there to rip off jdobbs.

Would be even better if jdobbs could come up with a way to make it impossible to hack his program.
Here's hoping anyway.
cheers

@Bigdid - he was warned the first time.
@therat - I surely hope so, given the effort he has put in and the great benefits we get from that. The "key" seems the best, so far.

I rarely purchase software if there is a freeware alternative available. DVD-RB is one of those exceptions. I don't have to worry about my son destroying DVD's. This program has been well worth the purchase price many times over.
