I have tried to export under several different formats in Adobe Premiere Pro 2, I have tried to export as BMPs and even frameserved to TMPGEnc and exported as BMPs there, still the SAME result: zoomed in image. My resolution is 1280x1024. Here are 2 pics to show you what I mean.

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

Nevermind, a friend helped me figure it out. I had to change some settings under Custom Settings before I even created the project. If anyone else has that issue, and you're working on footage from a PC game you recorded somehow, choose your desired res. choose Square Pixels and No Fields (Progressive) as it should NEVER be interlaced.

You shouldn use the default profiles (PAL & NTSC DV 32/48kHz) if your material isnt one of those. Just create your own.
As for interlacing or not, its always depends on the material being used, which in your case of course should be progressive.
