tool for cut AC3?

hi all.

anyone knows one tool to cut AC3-5.1?
if exist(i really don't know),it can used to cut one big AC3 track(from full cds).
my AC3 are always 48k-16bit-512Kbps.

From a VOB? You can use TMPGEnc or DGIndex. Check the Doom9 download page.
