Is there any program that let me see the use of each core when a program is running? my idea is to verfy the correct use of both dual cores or if my program is using both or just one. Thanks

if you have correctly installed the relevant drivers I believe windows task manager should do the job.

Thanks for your answer. My intention is to find how much load are each one having. Task manager let me know if their are in use and yes, they are. Any ideas?

Look at this screenshot:

As you can see, the Task Manager does give you the CPU load. In this case, it is 44%. If you have a dual core, it will display 2 separated scales instead of one ;)

Interesting. My task manager doesn't seem to provide that information (W2K). I don't recall neglecting to install any drivers though.

You may want to use ThrottleWatch then.

Hmmm - looks like throttlewatch is geared toward Intel - I'm an AMD addict.

Even so, I don't really see the 2 separate graphs from the throttlewatch screenshots. I must be missing something.

You might want to View -> CPU history -> One Graph per CPU

That is what I see. I just thought it would be kind of neat to see separate bars under CPU usage showing how much each core was using. That said, I don't really have a use for such knowledge :D

Is normal that one part is used more than the other? I think yes because they dont split processes, just run some processes in one part and others in the other . .. am I right?

Its part of windows (not home version)..
(Group Policy Editor)

Run / Gpedit.msc
Command Prompt / Gpedit.msc

IMHO Its not something you should dabble with, unless you understand the consequences of your actions.
